After a time lapse of 18 years, Passionist Family groups are back at Pt. Chevalier, a small parish in central Auckland .
On Sunday 26th November, the parish community saw the formation of 6 groups under the Co-ordination of a young and enthusiastic couple , Cara and Logan Stuart and their two young daughters.
Over the past few weeks the Movement had been widely and enthusiastically promoted by their PP Fr John Webb who had been involved with the groups at East Coast Bays Parish and had seen the benefits of having Passionist Family Groups there. At the end of Mass, Fr John commissioned Cara and Logan in their new ministry and presented them with a Family Group candle”
