Formation Days for the Hamilton Diocese took place as two separate events during May, on Saturday 26th in Hamilton and Sunday 27th in Katikati. This makes for easier travel for the PFG members in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.
Fr Brian Traynor CP presented at both days, with excellent session material, yet again. This covered the changes we are seeing in the world around us, how that is affecting our communities, and the impact on both our PFG’s and us as individuals.
Following typical PFG shared lunch, with lots of nice food to choose from, the afternoon session focused on Grief, how it affects us and others, and how best we can react and respond in times of grief.
The topics created much discussion and many questions. Great handout notes were provided by Brian and distributed to all participants and are also available on the PFGM website under resources.
