Christchurch /Nelson Weekend held at Hanmer 2007 The weather was fantastic and so was the weekend. The weekend was facilitated by Father Brian Traynor.
A question that gave us plenty to think about was “opening your satchel” being open to everyone and inviting them to share our food, lives and fellowship.
People shared their thoughts and experiences in small groups. The young children were just as enthusiastic and this can been seen in the photos. It was exciting to see them welcome new friends from different parishes and their acceptance of each other. Everyone is already looking forward to the 2008 weekend. |
