Skills & Spirituality Wanganui 2008

On Saturday 17th May approx 50 people from New Plymouth to Palmerston North gathered for formation lead by Fr Brian Traynor CP.

The theme was Weaving Families.

Examples were given on people having fun, and from this how does each of us create more fun in our Family Group activities? Thereby giving ourselves and others the best possible experience. Fun is a way of each taking off their mask and revealing their true selves. This allows others to recognise and appreciate the gifts we have to offer.

Second we looked at how everything is connected in the Macro and Micro world. How are we connected to others in our Family Group? Do we know each others story? How better can we create an environment to share our story?

Tea was prepared by the youth of Wanganui raising funds to attend WYD in Sydney.
