Our Lady of Fatima Parish , Waikanae - 2004

Over 130 people attended a Mid Week dinner held at the Waikanae Golf Club. Invitations were extended to Family Group members and all parishioners. Paul and Christine Geoghegan (pictured above on the left talking to Waikanae Group Coordinators Tony & Jenny Pritchard) from the Wellington PFG Regional Team were the guest speakers: A brief talk about Family Groups in the other 100 parishes throughout NZ.

The photos above give a glimpse of a very successful evening organised by Phylis and Jim Power, the Parish Coordinators. Father Owen Sinclair was amazed at the large turnout which proved a great opportunity for him to thank Family Groups for their strong contribution to the Parish Community Spirit.
